Project Title
Neurohire - AI-based recruitment platform
Description
My team and I developed NeuroHire, an AI-powered recruitment platform designed to improve high-volume hiring for service and retail sectors. Traditional hiring for entry-level roles often relies on manual CV screening and walk-in interviews, which can be slow, inconsistent, and prone to bias. The aim of the project was to create a more efficient and fair screening system.  The platform allows candidates to submit CVs and short video responses. Using natural language processing and computer vision, the system analyzes CV content, speech clarity, and behavioral cues to generate ranked candidate shortlists for recruiters.  This approach helps reduce HR workload, speeds up recruitment, and improves accessibility by supporting both English and Urdu applicants.
